Measure Your Waist

– Measure around your natural waistline (where you would wear the belt). You can put on a pair of trousers and wrap the tape around your body either over or through the belt slots on the trousers.
– Keep the tape measure snug but not too tight
– Take note of your waist measurement in inches or centimetres
